Gentle Flow

A flowing session linking breath with classical postures to enhance flexibility, strength and balance with the emphasis being on relaxation/release of tension.

Baby Yoga

Gentle simple fun limbers for babies 2-12 months to improve constipation, wind , circulation and enhance motor/co-ordination skills with fun and songs to finish.

Gentle Yoga

A relaxed approach offering gentle limbers building up to classical poses to improve flexibility, strength and mobility with the emphasis on well being and relaxation.

Beginners Yoga

A great class for all beginners! A welcoming and fun introduction which is expertly taught to introduce you to all of the wonderful health and wellbeing benefits that yoga has to offer.

Dynamic Hatha Yoga

This session uses limbers/classic postures in a flowing vinyasa linking ujjayi breath and movement in sequences, enhancing strength, stamina and flexibility. A focused and friendly class taken us deeper into our practice. This class is very energising and has an influence from the ashtanga system. The key aim is to work through the body to a deeper stillness of mind.

Hatha Yoga/Stretch

Emphasis is on improving flexibility and increasing stamina

Flowing Hatha Yoga

A flowing energised session linking breath with sequences to enhance strength, flexibility and stamina. With guided meditation/relaxation to finish emphasising a sense of wellbeing and stillness.

Dynamic Flow

A strong energised class linking postures with breath in sequences to improve , strength, balance, flexibility and stamina.

Beginners Hatha Yoga

A recently new class introducing classical postures related to strength, balance ,flexibility and co-ordination skills learning to relax and breathe in each posture for a sense of well being.

Hatha Yoga

Flowing energising Postures/limbers put together to enhance flexibility, stamina and strength with a relax to finish.

Dynamic Flow Yoga

A flowing session concentrating on energising the body and mind for the weekend! Working with Classical postures and energising breathing, it links postures together using sun salutations/ vinyasa to enhance your stamina and strength using the breath to Maintain heat in the body with a guided pranayama/meditation and relaxation to finish.
